This program is designed for unemployed job seekers with a higher education background living in Tampere. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced professional, these projects are crafted to enhance your employability and connect you with the local innovation ecosystem.
A 9-week part-time innovation project
What Is the Future Expert Program?
Over ten weeks, you'll collaborate in small teams to tackle real-world challenges within a supportive community, guided by Demola's experienced professionals. The program focuses on delivering practical outcomes—whether it's a concept, demo, or expert content—while providing you with the chance to make a tangible impact and showcase your skills.
Teamwork:
Work in self-organizing teams with the guidance and support of our professional facilitators.
Practical and Goal-Oriented:
Focus on achieving tangible results, from demos and concepts to expert-level content.
Community Engagement:
Present your project outcomes to local business leaders and stakeholders.
How to Apply
Simple steps to start your innovation journey
1. Submit your information
to the City of Tampere that you want to participate in the program.
(In case you are not eligible for the program, you will be notified)
2. Create Your Demola Profile and Apply
Register for the program and create your own profile. Choose the project(s) that interest you from the Demola Portal and apply for it.
3. Team Selection
If selected, you'll join a diverse team and begin your project journey in February.
