Demola Portugal: Projects are out now! / Novos projetos já disponíveis!

Around a hundred new projects are now released for Demola Portugal program and there's even more to come. This autumn's projects will start running in a few weeks and now is the perfect time to apply - we recommend you to have a look at the project selection, especially if you are located in Portugal!

There is a new chance to take part in a national Demola Portugal program and spend next months in a creative future design project, with a team of multidisciplinary talents!

Projects are located under five themes: Healing the Planet, Future of Work, Human Beings in the Modern World, Byte-powered Future and Value Creators of Tomorrow. Projects revolve around preventing wildfires, sustainable urban construction, ageing socities and caregiving, new ways of volunteering, augmented reality, metaverse in tourism and many other topics.

Students from the previous Demola Portugal projects have told that in these co-creation projects, they have improved their communication and collaboration skills, developed their productivity, intiative and self-motivation skills and gained new friends and valuable working experience.

Projects are mainly located in the following polytechnics in Portugal: IP Cavado & Ave, IP Castelo Branco, IP Coimbra, IP Beja, IP Bragança, IP Guarda, IP Leiria, IP Portalegre, IP Porto, IP Santarém, IP Setúbal, IP Tomar, IP Viana do Castelo and IP Viseu. Online participation is possible in some cases.

Project timeline: from around 17th of October until 16th of December.

Application deadline: 9th of October.

Há uma nova oportunidade de participar num programa nacional da Demola Portugal e passar os próximos meses num projeto de design de futuro criativo, com uma equipa de talentos multidisciplinares!

Os projetos estão divididos em cinco temas: Healing the Planet, Future of Work, Human Beings in the Modern World, Byte-powered Future and Value Creators of Tomorrow. Os projetos giram em torno da prevenção de incêndios florestais, construção urbana sustentável, envelhecimento das sociedades e prestação de cuidados, novas formas de voluntariado, realidade aumentada, metaverso no turismo e muitos outros temas.

Os alunos dos projetos anteriores da Demola Portugal contaram que nestes projetos de cocriação melhoraram as suas capacidades de comunicação e colaboração, desenvolveram as suas capacidades de produtividade, iniciativa e auto-motivação e ganharam novos amigos e experiência de trabalho valiosa.

Os projetos estão localizados principalmente nos seguintes politécnicos em Portugal: IP Cavado & Ave, IP Castelo Branco, IP Coimbra, IP Beja, IP Bragança, IP Guarda, IP Leiria, IP Portalegre, IP Porto, IP Santarém, IP Setúbal, IP Tomar, IP Viana do Castelo e IP Viseu. A participação online é possível em alguns casos.
